Feedback is one of the most important factors in supporting study and promoting academic achievement. Engagement and motivation are considered important dimensions of feedback recipience. In a Laboratory of Educational Technology of a blended master's degree, the teacher released digital written feedback in progress on the assigned e-tivities. The purpose of the study is to understand how much this working method helped students feel motivated and involved in their participation at the lab. An exploratory survey was conducted at the end of the course by administering an anonymous semi-structured questionnaire using CAWI methodology. Data highlight both satisfaction with the working method and increased students' involvement and motivation. Finally, the release of feedback in progress was found to be useful in enhancing design skills, a specific objective of the activity.
