We report a case of anetoderma. A 15-year-old male presented multiple, withish-brown, asymptomatic, maculo-papular lesions on his trunk, arms and neck. They have appeared three months ago and they have slowly grown. The diagnosis of anetoderma was made and it was confirmed by histopathological examination. Anetoderma is a rare skin disorder characterized by a loss of normal elastic tissue, sometimes due to inflammatory processes. © Copyright 2006, CIC Edizioni Internationali.
