Stato dell'arte sulla comunicazione animale in Italia con particolare attenzione alla comunicazione interspecifica uomo-cane

This contribution proposes a review of animal communication from a linguistic perspective. Taking stock of the studies on the subject and the main perspectives of past and future studies and research, it briefly retraces the stages in the history of the study of animal communication from a linguistic and semiotic point of view. The study proposes a periodization in two phases, from the birth of linguistics (1916) to the 1980s, and a second phase that starts from the end of the 1980s and reaches the present day. Finally, attention ispaid to interspecific communication with reference to the man-dog relationship. Il contributo propone una ricognizione sulla comunicazione animale in prospettiva linguistica. Nel fare il punto sugli studi sul tema e sulle principali prospettive di studio e ricerca passate e future, si passano in rassegna brevemente le fasi della storia dello studio della comunicazione animale in prospettiva linguistica e semiotica. Infine ci si sofferma sulla comunicazione interspecifica con riferimento al rapporto uomo-cane.
