Networks of enterprises can be an effective tool for promoting and enhancing the potential of forestry and forestry chains. After the presentation of the network contract as a tool for cooperation among enterprises, this paper analyzes the specific discipline for agricultural networks, and then illustrates the market response to the introduction of this tool. Finally, the potential for the development of network contracts in forestry is examined, also referring to the opportunities offered by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the new tool of the Forestry Sector Agreements.
