I profughi e la Rotta dei Balcani. Una lunga storia, non ancora conclusa

The paper concerns the political and cultural debate, developed in Europe, about the reception of forced migrant people, coming from underdevelopment countries on the Balkan route. Recently, the debate analyzed problems and contradiction of new arrivals by multiple points of view. In the last ten years a warning level has been touched. The wave of migrant forced people who escaped from wars in Syria, Iraq and Libya choose the route of the Balkans as a route of hope. Symptoms of racism and of rejection reached a high level also in the Italian political system.
