Geomatics offers a wide variety of tools and techniques that can provide information in several field of study. In particular, the diffusion of airborne and terrestrial photogrammetric laser scanner has allowed to define accurate digital models of objects and portions of territory in order to obtaining a 3D data visualization. In this paper we present some case studies related to urban geoarchaeology in Molise and Campania; the application of 3D photogrammetric laser scanner and non-invasive diagnostics allowed to realize a digital model, linking visible objects and situations still buried into the subsoil. The realization of a protocol of intervention has been the aim of this application: it could be useful in selecting the better technique of investigation to be applied in relation to the predictive characteristics of the archaeological site and could allow to realize a faithful morphological reproduction of the contest in which the archaeological evidence is inserted.

Abstract
Geomatics offers a wide variety of tools and techniques that can provide information in several field of study. In particular, the diffusion of airborne and terrestrial photogrammetric laser scanner has allowed to define accurate digital models of objects and portions of territory in order to obtaining a 3D data visualization. In this paper we present some case studies related to urban geoarchaeology in Molise and Campania; the application of 3D photogrammetric laser scanner and non-invasive diagnostics allowed to realize a digital model, linking visible objects and situations still buried into the subsoil. The realization of a protocol of intervention has been the aim of this application: it could be useful in selecting the better technique of investigation to be applied in relation to the predictive characteristics of the archaeological site and could allow to realize a faithful morphological reproduction of the contest in which the archaeological evidence is inserted.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
