Open Imagining Web Environments for Autonomous Decisions in Physical Space

Decision making and spatial planning cannot be considered neither coinciding nor reciprocally subordinated activities. Planning can nevertheless foster the autonomous decision making of a variety of social actors (institutional or not) whose behaviors can strongly influence physical space. To this end appropriate web environments should be built, aimed first of all to facilitate not decision but social interaction, through collaborative construction and debate about hypermedia images (“plan-images”) of physical environment.
