The essay discusses the subject of analysis and organizational design according to the logic of the “organizational action”, referring to different levels of the actor (individual, group, organization and network) and to its constituent elements (structural morphology and behavior). The organizational action is analyzed as an expression of the effort of coordination and control of the interdependencies that result in action-drawing of the structural design of the actor and the use of reporting mechanisms and regulation relating to three relevant key categories: knowledge, power and affectivity.
