Riuso delle macerie da crolli totali o parziali di edifici colpiti da sisma

The recent seismic events that have struck Italy have seen the partial or total collapse of numerous buildings. The rubbles of it results can be destined to recovery or to restoration of the buildings that have withstood the seismic action contributing to maintain the technological congruence and of material according to the rules of the traditional techniques. Particular attention is necessary to have for the residues of historical-architectural character that must be selected according to the indications of the Superintendence and preserved according to different procedures. The paper furnishes a contribution to the procedure of selection of the rubbles in base to the ministerial decrees emanated by the Civil Protection and the MIBACT.

I recenti eventi sismici che hanno colpito l’Italia hanno visto il crollo parziale o totale di numerosi edifici. Le macerie di risulta possono essere destinate al recupero o al restauro degli edifici che hanno resistito all’azione sismica contribuendo a mantenere la congruenza tecnologica e di materiale secondo le regole delle tecniche tradizionali. Particolare attenzione occorre avere per i residui di carattere storico-architettonico che vanno selezionati secondo le indicazioni della Sovrintendenza e conservati secondo procedure diverse. Il paper fornisce un contributo alla procedura di selezione delle macerie in base ai decreti ministeriali emanati dalla Protezione Civile e dal MIBACT.
